Causes of aortic pain

  • Excessive muscle strain: can cause tension to build up in the shoulder muscles.

  • Incorrect postures while working or sitting: Sitting for long periods in an incorrect position leads to increased pressure on the aorta muscle.

  • Tension and stress: which leads to muscle contraction and stiffness.

  • The aorta causes headaches and neck pain with twisting and lethargy in the body and inability to breathe properly due to a herniated cervical disc

Symptoms of aortic pain

  • Sharp pain in the shoulder or back: This may be in the form of stabbing pains or muscle tension.
  • Difficulty moving the shoulder: You may have difficulty moving the shoulder and raising the arm.
